FH Series Three Roll Mill

Characteristics:

• Control mode of pressure and temperature: by PLC

• Three rolls appear level arrangement.

• Material of roll: high alloy chilled

• Dynamically balanced rolls, gears and pulleys run smoothly and quietly.

• A separate cooling system is adopted inside each roll so that working temperature can be precisely set according to process requirements.

• Automatic shutdown protection will be activated if cooling water is interrupted, roll is overheated, motor is overloaded or impurities fall between rolls.

• Ultrasonic sensor is adopted to monitor material level. Automatic shutdown protection will be activated if the level is below the preset value.

• Adjusting mode of gap between rolls: by hydraulic cylinder

• Double cylinders are adopted in hydraulic system.

Application:

• Wet grinding of paste such as color paste, printing ink, grease, electronic paste, vegetable gum and soap

Technical data:

Remark (3 relative positions of working rolls):

• For cleaning: 3 rolls are separated from each other.

• For mixing of materials: Low speed roll is in close proximity to medium speed roll, while high speed roll is separated from other two rolls.

• For grinding of materials and discharge: Low speed roll and high speed roll are in close proximity to medium speed roll.
