² Introduction:
A concentric double shaft agitator is composed of a saw-tooth disperser and a scraper mixer or a frame mixer which are mounted coaxially. Each mixer is driven by a motor separately and the speed is adjustable by an inverter. The disperser generates axial flows and disperses powders into fluids while the mixer with scrapers stirs the materials radially and scrapes off the materials from the wall of the mixing tank. Vacuum equipment for simultaneous vacuum processing and a hydraulic discharge press for discharge or finished products are supplied as an option.

l Scrapers shall prevent mixing media from adhering to interior of movable tank
l High efficiency of dispersion and dissolution of liquid-solid materials
l Material of wetted parts: S.S.304/S.S.420/Chrome plated #45 steel
l Mixing head lifting/lowering mode: by hydraulic cylinder
l Mixing head lowering speed: adjustable with regulating valve

l Wet dispersion and mixing of PVC pastes, emulsion paints, printing inks, adhesives, putties, etc.
