² Introduction:
A three shaft dispersing mixer is complete with a saw-tooth disperser, a screw stirrer and an anchor scraper agitator. It is widely used in the processing of highly viscous materials with a viscosity up to 100,000 cps such as adhesives, atomic ashes, sealants, etc. Each shaft is connected to a motor irrespectively and the velocity can be adjustable with an inverter if necessary. The saw-tooth disperser can distribute solids to fluids, the screw stirrer can create axial flow and force viscous materials to circulate vertically, while the anchor agitator can form radial flow and scrape off the materials adhering to the wall of the vessel. Cooling jacket for mixing tank can be supplied if necessary. The circulating system is available as an option which facilitates circulation of materials from the bottom to the top.
